1 – Elite reserves the rights to sell memberships at different rates and terms other than your current membership.

2 – Our staffed hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, Sunday No Staff. Staffed hours can change according to the season.

3 – All members must check into the facility each visit by scanning his/her access card. If you come as a pair or group, each member must scan their own card.

4 – During staffed hours, only a member can bring a guest for $10.00 per visit (Fitness) and $15.00 per visit (Sports Academy/Outdoor). Guest Visits without a member are $10.00 per visit (Fitness) and $15.00 per visit (Sports Academy/Outdoor). Sports Academy/Outdoor visits could be limited due to time restrictions. The guest must sign a guest registration form and provide a valid ID before entering the club.

5 – Members are not allowed to permit any other person to enter the facility. Staff must be present for
guests to be allowed to enter the facility. Visitors are not allowed in the facility after staffed hours; doing so will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

6 – Elite does not offer childcare. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the gym floor at any
time.

7 – All members and guests must be clothed appropriately at all times. Athletic closed-toed shoes must be worn to work out in the gym area; make sure shoes are clean and debris free. Shirts must always be worn in the gym or sports academy areas. Blue jeans, sunglasses and/or hoodies (covering head) are not allowed while working out in the facility.

8 – Members are responsible for their own personal possessions and keeping lockers locked while using
the facility. Lockers are not permitted for overnight use.

9 – There is a $10 Replacement Fee for lost or stolen access cards.

10 – A default on your membership occurs when payment due is more than ten days late; this default will
incur a $10.00 late fee and temporary suspension of your access card. A $25.00 fee will be incurred for any default payments that are returned insufficient.

11 – Downgrading your Elite Package: A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all downgrades. 1-Year commitments cannot downgrade in year 1 of their commitment.

12 – Free weights, including plates, dumbbells, and barbells, must remain on the rubberized surface at all
times. For the safety of our members and staff, please re-rack or return all equipment to its designated area.

13 – Basic Package Memberships do not include the Batting Cages in the Sports Academy. No One is allowed in the cages that is not on the Elite Package Membership unless permission is grated by staff. The Batting Cages are closed from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM.

14 – Clean Equipment after use. There are gym wipes available for you located by the cardio area.

15 – All information we have on file needs to be updated regularly. This includes billing information, email address, physical address and phone numbers.

16 – Tanning restrictions and regulations are set forth by state and/or local laws and should always be abided by all members.

17 – Basic and Elite Packages include different amenities. Member access will only be granted to the areas
set forth in their membership agreements.

18 – At any time, you fail to comply with the rules/policies set forth by this agreement, Elite reserves the right to cancel/suspend your membership privileges.

19 – At any time the buyer fails to comply with the rules or policies set forth by this agreement, Elite reserves the right to cancel your membership and privileges any and all.

20 – Elite staff are the only ones allowed behind the front desk at any time.
